Shipping & returns

These details apply to calendars purchased through this website. For books purchased on Amazon, please contact Amazon about delivery, payment, cancellations or returns.

Printed for you after you order

Your calendar is printed to order. Delivery includes three separate stages:

1. Order processing: up to 2 business days. We review your order and send it to our print partner, Prodigi.
2. Production: approximately 5 business days. Prodigi prints and prepares your calendar after receiving the order.
3. Standard US shipping: an estimated 2–7 days after dispatch. This is time in transit only; order processing and production come first.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Holidays, busy periods and carrier delays can add time. If you need your calendar for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Price & delivery area

Each calendar is $24.99 USD, with Standard US shipping included. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We currently deliver within the United States only. Each checkout link purchases one calendar.

Cancellations & address corrections

Email colorandchaoscreative@gmail.com as soon as possible, including your order or receipt number and the cancellation or correction you need. We’ll check the order’s status and let you know what’s possible.

Orders may move into production before the two-business-day processing allowance ends, so it is not a guaranteed cancellation window. Once printing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. Address changes also depend on the order’s status and cannot be guaranteed once it has shipped. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.

Returns & problems with your calendar

Because calendars are printed to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. This does not affect help with a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with your order or receipt number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the calendar and its packaging. Keep the calendar and packaging while we review the issue with our print partner and discuss the next steps with you.

Contact us before returning anything. Please do not send a calendar to the printer or the address on the parcel unless we have given you return instructions.
